- Click check User Id, then it will ask you to enter Contact Code. If you don't know what is it, keep reading, or else you can skip to step 5.
- Simply click Search Contact Code below the text field and it will bring you to Domain Name Lookup.
- A bunch of options that you can use to search your Contact Code, for example just type in your domain name and click the Search Button.
- It will show you the domain name lookup result, then you can find your Contact Code at the Administrative Contact section. Copy the code and go back to check User Id.
- Paste the Contact Code and click Search. If the User Id is found, it will show you the current email and you will have 2 options: use another email or use the current email.
- Assume your email is still valid, so simply select the use current email option and key in any keyword, then click Submit. MYNIC will email you your User Id.
- After you get your email, go to reset password and key in the Contact Code, User Id and Keyword stated in the email, then click Reset Password. MYNIC will email you the new login password.

What to do if you forget your MYNIC login?
First of all go to this MYNIC web page. You can see 2 links: check User Id and reset password.
